Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
(about 2.5 pounds)
- 2 packages chicken gravy mix
- 1 can of the low fat of chicken soup
- 2 cups water
- Fresh pepper to savor
- mashed potatoes
Method
- Place chicken in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, stir together the dry gravy mix, soup, water and pepper with a whisk until the gravy becomes silky.
- Flow the gravy mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice or toast (optional).
