Ingredients
- 350 grams of deveined and peeled jumbo shrimp
- 160 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 2.5 cups of marinara sauce
- 500 grams of tortellini cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tunder for about 2 minutes, then set aside.
- Spice the shrimp with salt and pepper then put the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until pink, remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Put the cooked tortellini with the marinara sauce and then place it in the skillet.
- Top with the shrimp, after that spatter with parmesan cheese and the mozzarella.
- Cover and bake until the sauce bubbles and the cheeses on top melt.
- Serve warm and good appetite.
