Ingredients
- 500 grams of cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup of condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 100 grams of diced tomatoes
- 12 corn of warmed tortillas
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
- Mix together the chicken soup and tomatoes in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Spray 1/3 of the tortilla strips over the bottom of an ungreased baking dish.
- Layer half of the chicken over the tortilla strips; spoon half of the soup mixture evenly over the top; repeat layers.
- Spray with the remaining tortilla strips.
- Bake covered for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
- Uncover then sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for more 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Better serve warm and enjoy.
