Ingredients
- 3 pounds of chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2 tablespoons dried minced onions
- ¼ cup green onions, sliced
- ⅓ cup honey
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
Method
- Sprinkle a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put chicken thighs in single layer in pan.
- Mix together honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and dried onion in a medium-size bowl.
- Cast mixture over chicken.
- Cover pan with plastic wrap and let marinate in fridge for one hour.
- Preheat oven to 220 C degrees.
- Take out the chicken thighs from fridge and rub plastic wrap.
- Bake chicken for about 30 minutes.
- Take out the chicken thighs from oven, turn chicken pieces over, put the sliced green onions over it.
- Return to oven and bake for one more 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds and scallions on top and serve.
