Ingredients
- 2 pounds skinless fish (any type of fish will be great)
- 1/3 cup softened butter
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup green onions cut into small pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 dashes tabasco sauce
- 2 teaspoon of iced dried dill
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. baking dish with fluffy layer of butter.
- Mix up parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, green onion,lemon juice , salt, pepper, dill and tabasco together in small pot until totally blended.
- Put the fish in a single layer order in roast dish.
- Roast fish for about 8 minutes. Remove from oven and spread parmesan mixture over top.
- Roast it again for 2 additional minutes until the fish get browned.
