Ingredients
- 2 large defrosted chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoon divided garlic (better to be fresh)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup whole wheat panko small pieces
- ½ cup fresh shred parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to savor
Method
- Preheat oven to 205 °C.
- Dunk each chicken breast in olive oil.
- Make thin sections into the top of each chicken breast and stuff with garlic.
- Blend panko and parmesan together in a shallow plate.
- Dunk each chicken breast into the panko and parmesan mixture then place them into a baking plate.
- Top with a spray of black pepper.
- Cook for about 30 minutes or more until you make sure that there is no pink.
