Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves of minced garlic
- 3 cups of milk
- 300g pasta (any kind you’d like)
- 30g flour
- 60g butter
- 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat the oven to 200°C.
- Boil pasta for about 3 minutes and set aside.
- In a medium skillet heat olive oil ,season chicken with salt & pepper and cook until no longer pink inside.
- Remove from pan and thinly slice then Set aside.
- In a medium pot, melt butter and add flour and garlic.
- Mix together and cook for 1 minute.
- Add milk slowly while whisking and bring to a simmer and whisk frequently while sauce thickens for a few minutes.
- Put the pot aside from heat and stir in cheeses.
- Add chicken and pasta to pot.
- Cast the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes until you see the top of the dish is getting golden and bubbling.
- Serve the dish warm and enjoy!.
