Ingredients
- 1/2 kg of chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 100 grams of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped garlic
- 50 grams of shredded Swiss
- 60 grams of shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
- Cook chicken and shred into fine chunks.
- Add minced garlic to cooking chicken and cook until garlic is browned.
- Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl, add warm chicken mix and incorporate.
- Unroll crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half into 2 triangles.
- Lay triangles out on a flat work surface.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough triangle and fold corners over the mixture into the center.
- Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees.
- Place folded dough pieces onto prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for about 14 minutes.
- Cool before serving and enjoy.
