Ingredients
- 500 grams boiled potatos (cut it into small pieces first)
- 300 grams boiled broccoli (cut it into small pieces first)
- 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1/2 cup of heavy cream
- 200 grams parmesan cheese
- 35 grams of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Set oven to 240°C degrees.
- Mix together the cream with nutmeg, salt, pepper and 2/3 grated parmesan.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Grease a large baking dish with some butter, then spread potatoes and broccoli.
- Pour the cream and cheese and cover with 1/3 of the cheese remaining on the surface of the dish .
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until the surface getting golden.
- Better serve hot.
