Ingredients
- 450 grams strawberries
- 1/3 cup milk
- 120 grams sugar
- 150 grams butter
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 250 grams flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
- Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and butter in a shallow bowl.
- Add 1 egg and milk and mix until a more dough ball .
- Swathe in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 3 hours.
- Cut the strawberries in half.
- Whip the cream with the sugar and the remaining 2 eggs.
- Butter your round tart tins, take the pastry out of the fridge and roll it out.
- Line each tin and prick the bottoms well.
- Spread the cream into the tarts.
- Take to oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Add strawberries and cook for 2 more additional minutes.
- Let cool for 30 minutes and serve.
