Sweet Caramelized Pear Cake







Ingredients



  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 ripe thinly sliced pears
  • 3 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter,(let some extra butter for greasing)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, very soft
  • A whit of nutmeg


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Rubbing some Lightly butter in the sides of a 9-inch around the cake pan.
  3. Mix the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and whit of nutmeg in a small pot and heat to boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Put the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  5. Construct the pears over the butter mixture and press down.
  6. Blend the butter and sugar with an electric mixer until creamy, about 1 minute.
  7. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix until you get a very smooth creme for about 2 minutes.
  8. Splatter in the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, and salt, and beat 10 seconds.
  9. Pour in the milk and beat just until the batter is evenly moistened for about 1 minute.
  10. Pour the mixture over the pears, then carefully lift the pan and bang back down on the counter once or twice to release any air bubbles.
  11. Cook for about 45 minutes and check everytime with a knife if it comes out clean.
  12. Run a knife along the outer edge of the cake to loosen it from the pan.
  13. Place a plate over the cake, then flip it over to invert the cake onto the pan.
  14. Let the cake cool completely before serving.
  15. Better served warm and in the same day.

Sesame Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground cloves


Method

  1. Put in a large closed plastic bag blend flour, ground ginger, black pepper, garlic salt, red pepper flakes, cloves, and cinnamon and blend carefully.
  2. Set chicken into the bag and shake to coat.
  3. Take the melange and make it in a platter.
  4. Whet together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce honey in a small bowl .
  5. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  6. Place chicken into skillet, and brown on both sides, about 5 or 6 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat to low. Mix in teriyaki and honey mixture and stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Stir in sesame seeds and serve it warm.

Delicate Honey Soy Chicken Breasts







Ingredients



  • 5 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 5 tablespoons honey
  • 6 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Method

  1. Mix together honey, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, salt and Pepper then pour into a large Ziploc bag.
  2. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 190°C degrees.
  4. Place the marinaded chicken breasts on an aluminum foil lined cookie sheet.
  5. Take the cookie sheet to the oven and bake uncovered for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  6. While the chicken is cooking simmer it over low heat and brush it on the chicken about every 10 minutes as it cooks.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Tasty Bacon Wrapped Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf







Ingredients



  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 120 grams of cheese: (parmesan, American cheese, mozzarella ...)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 230 grams of bacon slices
  • 90 grams of breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, eggs and the bread crumbs.
  3. Gentle press meatloaf into bowl and divide in half.Place first half into a large baking dish and form into a flat meatloaf, gently press the center in to create a rim around the outside of the meatloaf. Add shredded cheese into the center of the meatloaf.
  4. Form remaining half of meatloaf in the bowl into a size similar to the meatloaf in the pan. Set op top and press the sides together to seal in the cheese.
  5. "You may notice cracks in the loaf, for that just run your hands under warm water and then across the meatloaf to smooth the cracks out". Set meatloaf aside.
  6. Apply 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce evenly all over your meatloaf.
  7. Arrange bacon slices over the top of the meatloaf.
  8. Bake in the middle of the preheated for about 40 minutes.
  9. Spread with the other 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
  10. Continue baking for another 20 minutes.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy.

Delicate Shrimp Tortellini Casserole









Ingredients



  • 350 grams of deveined and peeled jumbo shrimp
  • 160 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 2.5 cups of marinara sauce
  • 500 grams of tortellini cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Cook the tortellini in a large pot of boiling salted water until just tunder for about 2 minutes, then set aside.
  2. Spice the shrimp with salt and pepper then put the shrimp in a skillet with olive oil on medium heat for 5 minutes per side or until pink, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Put the cooked tortellini with the marinara sauce and then place it in the skillet.
  4. Top with the shrimp, after that spatter with parmesan cheese and the mozzarella.
  5. Cover and bake until the sauce bubbles and the cheeses on top melt.
  6. Serve warm and good appetite.

Scrumptious Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Feta and Pesto







Ingredients



  • 4 or 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup of crumbled feta
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs , beaten
  • 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Sage-Pecan Pesto


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Spray a flat roasting pan with olive oil.
  3. Put the chicken pieces inside heavy plastic bag and hit with meal mallet until the chicken pieces get thin.
  4. In a small bowl mix together the crumbled Feta and pesto with a fork.
  5. Divide pesto mixture evenly among the chicken breasts, then use a spoon to spread it over the chicken.
  6. Twist each chicken breast, starting with the smallest end and tucking in any ragged edges, then secure each piece with two toothpicks.
  7. Combine the beaten egg with bread crumbs and parmesan in one bowl.
  8. Dunk each chicken piece first in egg, then in bread crumbs & parmesan mixture, turning over several times so chicken is well-coated.
  9. Place chicken pieces in baking pan and cook for about 35 to 40 minutes until chicken feels firm but not hard to the touch.
  10. Serve warm with rice or any kind of sauce you want.

Tasty Slow Cooker Italian Beef Stew







Ingredients



  • 350 grams beef cubes
  • 1 divided large carrot
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 400 grams potatoes, cut into large cubes
  • 1 divided celery stalk
  • 200 grams fresh peas
  • 400 grams peeled canned tomatoes
  • 1 tbs flour
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Put the beef cubes in a large resealable bag, add the flour and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Seal the bag and toss well to evenly coat the meat.
  3. In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the carrot, celery, onion and saute until the onion is golden for about 5 minutes.
  5. Take the vegetables to the slow cooker.
  6. Return the pot to medium-high heat, add the remaining olive oil and the beef cubes.
  7. Cook with stirring until the beef has browned.
  8. In the meantime, crush the canned tomatoes with a fork or pulse in a food processor until smooth.
  9. After that transfer the browned meat to the slow cooker, add the potatoes, peas, tomato sauce, rosemary, bay leaves and salt.
  10. Stir, cover and cook on low heat for about 8 hours.
  11. Discard the bay leaves and rosemary.
  12. Serve it warm with some bread and enjoy your meal.

Delicious Chicken Wings With a Spicy Glaze Recipe







Ingredients



  • 5 or 6 chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • splash of vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
  3. Place them in the oven and cook for about 45 minutes.
  4. In a separate saucepan, set heat to medium and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a simmer. Once everything is combined thoroughly, bring to a boil.
  5. Remove wings from the oven and place in a large bowl.
  6. Add the sauce over the wings and toss to coat.
  7. Serve it warm and enjoy.

Sweet Mandarin Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of ketchup
  • ¼ cup pineapple juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ⅓ cup cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup vinegar


Method

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
  2. Beat the 2 eggs in a shallow bowl and set aside.
  3. Cast cornstarch into a shallow bowl and roll chicken in it.
  4. Dip the chicken breast pieces in beaten eggs.
  5. Heat some oil to cover the bottom of a non-stick skillet on medium heat.
  6. Place coated chicken pieces into the skillet and heat until brown.
  7. Mix together the pineapple juice, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, ketchup and salt in a medium size mixing bowl. Pour on browned chicken pieces.
  8. Cook chicken and the sauce over low heat for about 25 minutes, stirring often, until sauce thickens.
  9. Serve with rice and broccoli.

Salmon Fillets With Brown Sugar Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 to 5 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon joice


Method

  1. Season the salmon fillets with the salt , pepper, lemon joice and garlic powder.
  2. Mix together the soy sauce , brown sugar, water and oil in a small bowl.
  3. Put the fillets into a plastic bag.
  4. Cast in the marinade mixture, seal and turn to coat.
  5. Freeze for about 1 1/5 hours.
  6. Preheat oven to 230 C degrees.
  7. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and make a few slits through the foil with a knife to allow juices to drain while cooking.
  8. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  9. Place your fillets on the broiler pan and discard the leftover marinade.
  10. Take the fillets to the oven for about 17 minutes.
  11. Move the fillets to an oven rack close to the broiler and broil on high for an additional 5 minutes.
  12. You can make sure that the salmon fillets are cooked when the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Yummy Baked Teriyaki Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 12 skinless chicken thighs


Method

  1. Mix the cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and cold water ground black pepper in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles.
  3. Preheat oven to 220 C degrees .
  4. Put chicken pieces in a lightly greased baking dish.
  5. Brush chicken with the sauce.
  6. Turn pieces over, and brush again.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
  8. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes.
  9. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking.
  10. Better to Serve warm and with rice.

Broil Tilapia Fish With Parmesan Cheese







Ingredients



  • 900 grams skinless tilapia fish
  • 2 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 75 grams shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 80 grams of softened butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven broiler.
  2. Grease baking dish with some butter.
  3. Put in small bowl parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, butter, green onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper and tabasco and mix well.
  4. Lay out fish in a single layer in baking dish.
  5. Grill fish for about 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and expand parmesan mixture over it.
  7. Grill for about 2 to 3 additional minutes.
  8. Serve warm with rice and enjoy.
