Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) package mascarpone cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams white sugar
- 160 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 180 grams all purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 60 grams of softened butter
Method
- Preheat theoven to 180°C degrees.
- Mix together butter and the mascarpone cheese until fluffy.
- Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
- Combine the milk mixture with flour mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
