Yummy Stir Fried Chicken With Broccoli







Ingredients



  • 1/2 kilogram of boneless skinless chicken breast cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons of chopped ginger
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 300 grams broccoli
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Mix chicken, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper.
  2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, then heat over medium high heat.
  3. Fry the chicken pieces for about 2 minutes or until chicken getting brown.
  4. Add 3/4 cup of the broth, the soy sauce and sugar.
  5. Cover and cook over for 5 minutes with stirring.
  6. Add broccoli, cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Mix cornstarch with remaining 1/4 cup broth, stir into chicken mixture.
  8. Stir frequently, until sauce is thickened.
  9. Serve with rice if desired.

Potato Broccoli Cheese Recipe







Ingredients



  • 500 grams boiled potatos (cut it into small pieces first)
  • 300 grams boiled broccoli (cut it into small pieces first)
  • 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese
  • 35 grams of butter
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Set oven to 240°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the cream with nutmeg, salt, pepper and 2/3 grated parmesan.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Grease a large baking dish with some butter, then spread potatoes and broccoli.
  5. Pour the cream and cheese and cover with 1/3 of the cheese remaining on the surface of the dish .
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the surface getting golden.
  7. Better serve hot.

Yummy Mini Strawberry Tarts







Ingredients



  • 450 grams strawberries
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 150 grams butter
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 250 grams flour
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, salt and butter in a shallow bowl.
  3. Add 1 egg and milk and mix until a more dough ball .
  4. Swathe in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for about 3 hours.
  5. Cut the strawberries in half.
  6. Whip the cream with the sugar and the remaining 2 eggs.
  7. Butter your round tart tins, take the pastry out of the fridge and roll it out.
  8. Line each tin and prick the bottoms well.
  9. Spread the cream into the tarts.
  10. Take to oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
  11. Add strawberries and cook for 2 more additional minutes.
  12. Let cool for 30 minutes and serve.

Scrumptious Crunchy Chicken Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1.5 kilogram chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 40 grams dry bread crumbs
  • 60 grams melted butter
  • 80 grams crushed french-fried onions
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together egg and milk in a bowl, in another one blend the onions, bread crumbs, cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Dunk chicken in egg mixture, then roll in onion mixture.
  4. Put in a greased baking dish.
  5. Plaster the chicken pieces with butter.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 60 minutes or until juices run clear.

Garlic Chicken Breasts Recipe







Ingredients



  • 5 chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 75 grams of brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 230°C degrees.
  2. Line a baking dish with aluminum foil and coat with oil.
  3. In small frying pan, fry garlic with the oil until tender then remove and stir in brown sugar.
  4. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and cover with the garlic and brown sugar mixture.
  5. Add salt and pepper.
  6. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy.

Apple Tart Recipe







Ingredients



  • 4 thinly sliced, peeled apples
  • 1 pastry roll
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla sugar


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Roll out the paste into a pie pan and prick.
  3. Place the apple slices on the paste rosette.
  4. Mix together eggs with sugar, cinnamon and sour cream in a large bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the apples.
  6. Take to the oven and bake for about 50 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, spray vanilla sugar on top and return to oven for additional 5 minutes to caramelize.
  8. Transfer the apple tart to a rack to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.

Chocolate Chip Muffins Recipe







Ingredients



  • 1 (8 oz.) package mascarpone cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 100 grams white sugar
  • 160 grams of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 180 grams all purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 60 grams of softened butter


Method

  1. Preheat theoven to 180°C degrees.
  2. Mix together butter and the mascarpone cheese until fluffy.
  3. Beat in egg, milk, and vanilla.
  4. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
  5. Combine the milk mixture with flour mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes until the top is golden brown.
